This study focuses on testing a medicine called modakafusp alfa when used with other treatments. The goal is to check if there are any negative effects from modakafusp alfa when combined with other medicines. The study will also find out the right amount of modakafusp alfa to use with the other treatments. The dose of modakafusp alfa will be slowly increased until the highest amount that does not cause harm is identified. The participants in the study will receive modakafusp alfa through a vein.
